How I Lost 20 lbs in 2 Months (and you can too!)

Part I

Somehow I’ve lost 20 pounds in 2 months.

I say “somehow” because it was completely unexpected.

It’s the result of a shift to a healthier eating routine that I’ve actually stuck to for once.
